Camp Follower

  • Chemise (sleeves must be below the elbow)
  • Ankle length petticoat of natural fiber
  • Period footwear or inconspicuous shoes
  • Period bonnet (no mop caps)
  • French Bodice
  • In general, any period clothing as documented in historical references is acceptable

General Guidelines

  • No wristwatches
  • Minimal rings/jewelry; all should be period acceptable
  • Ear piercing is acceptable (within reason)
  • Tattoos: if not period, they should not be visible
  • Children attire: period acceptable clothing as documented in historical references
  • All members are required to stay in period dress during the duration of an event, as it pertains to the unit, including after hours.
